Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays

  • Once processed, orders are handed over to our courier partners for delivery

Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro & Tier 1 cities: 5–9 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 locations: 7–12 business days

  • Remote locations: May take additional time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees will be shown before order confirmation

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select products and pin codes only

  • NexBuy reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations

  • Orders may require confirmation before dispatch

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to origin (RTO). In such cases, NexBuy reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling charges or deny refunds.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team, and we will assist you.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the package and product so we can resolve the issue.
