4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select products and locations only. NexBuy reserves the right to:

  • Require order confirmation before dispatch

  • Cancel COD orders that show a high risk of Return to Origin (RTO)

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future order restrictions.

8. Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to origin due to reasons such as:

  • Customer refusal

  • Incorrect address

  • Non-availability of recipient

You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing an order. NexBuy is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete customer details.
